Hey Everyone,
Well, we are just a few days away from Vanners for Variety #5, which will run this Sunday, November 24th.
We are meeting up in the same location as last year, The old Captain Munchies Car Park Fremantle, just across the road from the Australian Hotel.
We will meet at about 08:30 and plan to leave at 09:30 to cruise the coast to Hillarys Boat Harbour, then head east to Whiteman Park and the Motor Museum of WA.
Coffee Van on Site!
Yep, no stress people! The All Aussie Coupe Cruise will be using the same car park as a meeting point and has organised a coffee van to be set up in the Australian Hotel car park.
Mini Show & Shine
Once at our destination, West Coast Vanners will set up a mini Show & Shine, and set up a BBQ where we will provide the usual Hotdog in a bun and soft drinks.
You will also get discounted entry to the Motor Museum of WA, and I encourage you all to support the museum and enjoy all of the wonderful vehicles they have on display.
Raffle Time!
Mandy Swetman has organised a couple of raffles and has requested you bring along some coins to participate in the raffles which will be drawn at the end of the day.

Give the ol’ girl a bath…
We will be asking the representatives from Variety WA, and the Motor Museum of WA to choose their favorite vehicle on the day. We also have Member of the Year to award to one of our members.
Variety WA
This year I am hoping that we fill their cars to the brim. Road Policing Command has donated about four large boxes of toys this year, and I am hoping to see many, many more from our members.
We are donating $1000 to Variety WA as well!
November General Meeting
As Vanners for Variety is so close, I think it best to cancel the November General Meeting.
Any issues we need to talk about can be covered on Sunday.
I am looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible. Thank you to those who registered. While it wasn’t compulsory, it helped us know how much food and drink we needed to order.
